Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Product colours are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 5 — Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Reasons may include product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Cancellation by Customer: You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@zuzustrove.com or via WhatsApp at +91 6238358495. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return instead (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

Section 6 — Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7 — Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Prepaid: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking (processed via PhonePe Payment Gateway)
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for surface shipping at ₹139. COD is not available for express shipping orders.

Section 8 — Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Processing time is typically 1 business day (Monday–Friday), with a 2:00 PM cut-off. Delivery timelines depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Section 9 — Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are eligible for store credit. Cash refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items. For complete details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
